Randall Beard is a leading and award-winning Independent Director, Board Member, and C-Suite General Management executive. Known for his expertise in digital marketing, predictive analytics, and new product innovation, Randall’s focus is on marketing services and consumer products. Randall currently holds Independent Director Board roles at Starlite Digital Media, Keen Decision Systems, and Catalina Marketing. He is also a Senior Advisor to HIG Capital and Bain Consulting, and holds Advisory Board Roles at Gravy Analytics, Connected Travel, and WeAre8. For his leadership and accomplishments, Randall has won numerous awards including the American Express Chairman’s Award and the A.C. Nielsen Leadership Award.

A seasoned retail executive with over 20 years experience working across diverse functional and geographical areas, Bridget has extensive experience as a retail operator, as an industry expert serving the technology industry and now as a founder/CEO. Prior to RetailNext, Bridget held many leadership roles working with premium brands including L'Oréal, Tiffany & Co., Links of London, and The Ralph Lauren Home Collection.

The last decade in NYC has included helping build the retail model for Bonobos, the Vice President of Stores for Saint Laurent, and the Vice President of Stores INTERMIX. In 2020 Ron wrote the best-selling book RETAIL PRIDE and is currently on tour nationwide.

Mary Ellen has a proven track record leading global organizations across marketing, product management, product development and partnership management, as well as large organizational transformations.

Mike Dupuis is a senior digital and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in 360 degree brand and customer experience development; contributing to significant growth for companies including American Eagle Outfitters, The Children’s Place, PVH and SPARC Group. As the Chief Digital Officer of SPARC Group, Mike oversees digital strategy, technology, marketing and operations for SPARC’s portfolio of brands while also driving the continued build-out of SPARC’s shared digital platform.

Most recently, David has served as the Interim CEO of Bonobos, the men's e-commerce company known for better fitting clothes paired with exceptional customer service. Prior to this he worked at Derek Lam, Kenneth Cole and Elie Tahari. David is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business – Luxury and Fashion MBA Program. David and his wife currently split their time between Miami and New York.
Josh Krepon
Josh Krepon
Josh is currently the President of DTC and Global Digital at Steven Madden, Ltd. Within this role, he serves as global GM of the e-commerce division and oversees the emerging digital functions of category management, CRM, data science, full-funnel advertising, organic social and influencer marketing, CX and engineering to provide innovative thinking around long term strategy, scalable platform solutions, and operational workflows across a portfolio of five brands and over 40 countries. He also leads the retail and outlet store divisions with responsibility over the field, merchandising, product creation, supply chain, construction and operations teams. Josh has over 17 years of experience in the retail digital commerce industry. Prior to joining Steve Madden, he worked at Cole Haan, Tory Burch, Victoria’s Secret, and Ralph Lauren. Josh received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kenyon College.
