Chief Executive Officer
Serial founder and entrepreneur, Ivan has been building businesses for over a decade, having first completed degrees in both mathematics and economics. Alongside public speaking and blogging, his main goal now is building the most amazing team of Ometrians. Judging by this page, he is well on track.
Djalal Lougouev
Chief Strategy Officer
Djalal is a technology entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in management, technology and design. Prior to Ometria, Djalal worked in various industries including banking, property and the public sector.
James Dunford Wood
Chief Experience Officer
James has been a serial entrepreneur since the early 1990s, having launched and sold buisnesses in publishing and online travel tech prior to co-founding Ometria in 2013. Passions include travel, writing (one novel published), and family.
Xenia Ilyasova
Chief Financial Officer
Xenia has been working with fast growing and established companies for over 15 years on a variety of projects, following a life cycle of a business from setting up start-up operations to corporate transactions. In addition to the UK base, she worked on assignments in Europe, the Middle East, India and the USA. Xenia is a chartered accountant, having qualified with KPMG Financial Services practice in London.
Gareth Evans
VP of Engineering
Gareth brings 15 years of technology experience across a range of B2B and B2C SAAS companies to Ometria. Building on a background in electrical & software engineering he’s focused on developing and nurturing high-growth engineering teams. Outcomes oriented with a facilitative approach to embedding modern approaches to software development and delivery.
Jennifer Yorke
VP of Customer Success and Support
Jennifer is great at growing teams who want to do things differently. Having helped to launch Hootsuite and evolved Box’s EMEA teams, supporting them with processes that are now used by the brands globally, she is shaping Ometra’s Customer Success team. With over a decade of experience, she is excited for a challenge, and that’s not including her Spartan obstacle course runs.
Jess Wright
VP of People Operations
Jess has 15 years of experience spanning roles in people, coaching and recruitment. She is responsible for ensuring that Ometria delivers its business goals via its people strategy. She's passionate about building high-performing cultures and delivering excellent employee experience.
Julian Palmer
Data Protection Officer
Solicitor, author and lecturer, Julian is Ometria’s general counsel and its Data Protection Officer. Julian sits on two technical committees at the Law Society; writes for LexisNexis Butterworths/Tolleys, is a contributor to Atkins Court Forms and consultant editor for Halsbury’s Laws of England; and in recent years he has delivered lectures in the UK, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Monaco, Singapore and Zurich.
Rob Lord
VP of Professional Services
Rob has been delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Digital Marketing sector for the last 9 years. Having worked across financial, retail, travel and entertainment sectors his depth of experience help Ometria deliver world class solutions for our customers.
Paul Barnes
Chief Revenue Officer
Paul has a deep knowledge of the Customer Experience space from building up companies like Eptica and Questback, and before joining Ometria was Managing Director EMEA at App Annie. He loves running and travel.
