Chief Executive Officer
Serial founder and entrepreneur, Ivan has been building businesses for over a decade, having first completed degrees in both mathematics and economics. Alongside public speaking and blogging, his main goal now is building the most amazing team of Ometrians. Judging by this page, he is well on track.
Al James
Chief Technology Officer
Alastair has the combined experience of a PhD in statistical machine learning and previously founding an Ad-Tech company. He likes computers, but not writing bios.
Djalal Lougouev

Djalal is a technology entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in management, technology and design. He is responsible for finding technical and workflow insights that make products better. Prior to Ometria, Djalal worked in various industries including banking, property and the public sector.

James has been a serial entrepreneur since the early 1990s. He is currently owner/director of The Hotel Guru, and co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of Ometria. Passions include travel, writing (one novel published) and family.
Pete Crosby
Chief Revenue Officer
Pete has been growing commercial SaaS teams for almost 20 years. Most recently he built Viadeo’s revenue streams from Series A to a $250M IPO, and grew Triptease’s ARR from $2M to $10M in 18 months. He also sits on the board of Staylists, a seed stage hotels startup. During his career Pete has built & managed teams in China, Singapore, Russia, Africa, Latin & North America and all over Europe.

General Counsel
Solicitor, author and lecturer, Julian is Ometria’s general counsel and its Data Protection Officer. Julian sits on two technical committees at the Law Society; writes for LexisNexis Butterworths/Tolleys, is a contributor to Atkins Court Forms and consultant editor for Halsbury’s Laws of England; and in recent years he has delivered lectures in the UK, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Monaco, Singapore and Zurich.
